Returns policy

We facilitate 7-day return policy. If the item is broken or if the product does not conform to the standard quality, you can return the product, but the damaged product by a buyer will not be compensated.

All items must be returned in their original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all the accessories, and manuals that came with it. All items sent for return first go through quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

If you want to return an item, on the basis of it being defected, you must provide proof for that with an Unboxing Video showing that it was received that way.

Items that fall in the following categories are not eligible for returns:
Skincare and Haircare items
Perfumes and Fragnances (including deodorants)
Grocery items
Laundry and Cleaning
